Servo Drive Solutions

Baldor offer a range of servo drives to cover many different applications. Drive products are available with the universal +/-10V interface through to real-time Ethernet solutions based on the open standard Ethernet Powerlink.

Baldor Servo drives control both rotary and linear AC servo motors, and are avialable from 1A single phase through to 33.5A three phase.

MotiFlex e100

• Ethernet Powerlink enabled AC three phase servo drive
• 1.5A to 33.5A
• 230 - 460VAC or shared DC input
• Rotary and linear servo motor control and closed loop vector control
• Universal Digital Feedback - Encoder, SSI (Synchronous Serial Interface), EdDat, 1V pk-pk Sin/Cos

Flex+Drive-II

As FlexDriveII, plus:

• Fieldbus options: CANopen, DeviceNet, Profibus-DP
• 16 preset positions and velocities, expandable to 256 with option card
• Mint programmable with single tasking version of MintMT

MintDrive-II

As Flex+DriveII, plus:

• Multi-tasking programming capabilities with MintMT, with additional memory
• Support for flying shears, cam profiles and more sophisticated software gearboxes
• 8K Non-volatile memory for parameter storage
